House Hunting

Assalamualaikum..

These past few weeks been very2 busy...we've been hunting for a house.. yerlaa dah kawen kena laa nk ada rumah sendiri kan.. Pening gak nk pilih umah ni..sbb sy ni cerewet sket..antara kriteria2 nyer ialah..
a) lokasi dan sekeliling yg best..peaceful, conducive for a family
b) ada giant
c) rumah design cantek
d) dlm bajet
etc etc..

so we've been survey..mula2 tgk umah ni kat puncak jalil.. a few houses gak laa..ok tuh ok..lokasi and bajet wise mmg sgt ok..tp tgk umah tu kureng sket.. ada byk cracks.. and finishing tak best..

saya tgk gak duplex condo dekat armanee, damansara damai...really nice..mmg saya jatuh cinta sgt2 ngan tempat tuh..but.. it is a condo..takde land sendiri..and a bit expensive..and also bila fikir tentang maintenance fee and whatsoever..tak jadi plak nk amik

Then survey2 kat area kinrara, KL..but way too expensive for me.. kitorang gi gak property fair kat pwtc..but kebanyakan nyer condo/apartment.. kitorang lak nk cari landed property.. yg ada pon jauh2 mcm seremban, kajang..

after that we went to putra heights..the place is sooooo nice... rumah cun, finishing cun, bajetwise tercekik gak laa but manageable..tp satu jer..lokasi jauh sket..then kena bayar tol lg tuh..hmm..but in a few yrs there will be LRT there..and it is a good investment..

last2 we decided to buy the one in putra heights..ehehe..skang ni in the midst of settling the deposits..S&P agreement..hire a lawyer.. amik loan..huhu..byknyr keje nk buat..byk gak duit hilang..uhuhu..takper2..it is all for the future..

mudah2an dengan adanya rumahnyer ni. i hope insyaAllah it will bring our marriage to a better place..and hopefully dengan adanya tmpt sendiri ibadah kami sebagai suami isteri dpt dilakukan dengan sebaiknya...saya memohon pd Allah untuk memberkati usaha kami..insyaAllah..
